Frequently asked questions

What happens to my business data?

It stays yours. We only use what the task needs, and we agree up front who has access and where it runs. For the AI itself we use Anthropic's business API (Claude): under Anthropic's business terms, your data isn't used to train their models. The services we use for each project are listed in your proposal and in the data processing agreement. More on security and privacy.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You just explain how you do the work now. We set it up and show you how to approve.

Does the system make decisions for me?

No. The system prepares the work. A person approves and sends it.

What is the Business Health Check?

Five questions about your business. You get a score right away, then we take a look ourselves and send you the areas to improve, including what can be automated.

Does it work with the software I already use?

We usually start with what already comes in: an email or an export. Connecting to your own software is a separate step, and only if it pays for itself.

How much does automation cost?

It depends on the task. You get a proposal with the costs up front, calculated with your numbers: how often the task comes up and how much time it takes now.

Do I pay extra for advice?

No. Advice is included with every project. We'll also tell you when automating isn't worth it.

What if it doesn't work?

Then you turn it off and go back to working the way you do now. That's why we set a target number up front and check after a few weeks whether we hit it.
