What we build

Seven kinds of dashboards and portals, one approach.

Customer portals

Status, documents, inquiries, invoices and messages in a secure environment. For an agency, an installer, an association or an online store.

Security and access

Who can see what is set in advance.

  • A separate account for each user
  • Two-factor sign-in
  • Permissions per role
  • Data kept separate per customer
  • A log of who did what
  • Backups
  • Data agreements in writing
How we work

Eight steps, from goal to improvement.

  1. Understand

Who uses the environment, and what decisions do they need to make with it?

  2. Structure

We set out which data, roles, screens and actions it will have.

  3. Design

You click through a prototype with your own figures before we build.

  4. Connect

We connect your CRM, accounting, calendar and other sources.

  5. Build

We build it screen by screen, and you review as we go.

  6. Securing

A separate account for each user, permissions per role and a log.

  7. Go live

We test with users, explain it to your team and switch it on.

  8. Improve

We look at what's being used and adjust accordingly.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot.

What's the difference between a dashboard and a customer portal?

A dashboard is for you and your team: figures and tasks on one screen. A customer portal is for your customer: they log in and see their documents, the status of their job and what they still need to do.

Which systems can it connect to?

Most systems for CRM, accounting, calendar and email, as long as they offer an integration. We check that in advance for each system.

Do I have to switch to different software?

No. We build on what you already use.

How is security handled?

Every user has their own account and permissions per role. There's a log of who did what, and the data stays yours.

Can it include AI?

Yes. A daily summary, an alert on anything unusual, and an overview of what an agent has done and what is waiting for approval.

What if an integration goes down?

Every figure shows when it was last updated, so you never make decisions on out-of-date data. We can monitor the integrations for you. That's something we agree separately.

What will I receive?

What the environment needs to do, the roles, the screens and routes, a clickable prototype, the design, the integrations, the permissions structure, a test round with users, a briefing for your team and an admin guide.

What do you need from me?

The systems you use now, the numbers you run your business on, and which roles there are and who can see what.
